From value engineering and cost estimating to scheduling, we are an experienced advisor for your project. Our highly trained team of professionals is hands-on from the outset of each project and manages the projects throughout. We work together efficiently and harmoniously to achieve excellent end results. Our professional staff will also work with you to retain high-quality contractors within your budget constraints, to ensure that every detail for your project is given proper attention.

Executing the work in the field remains the most significant phase of any construction project. We aren’t just Proficient Builders; we are proficient in our approach – which utilizes great resources and building the workmanship of a selective and elite team. You will be provided on site support positions, to implement the plan and manage day-to-day activities.

Our team structure provides for senior executive-level involvement, a dedicated project manager, and staff that includes superintendents, engineers, and safety managers. Proficient Builders also provides bid management, scheduling, accounting and procurement support to all projects with its professional staff.

The Project Closeout is as significant as the early planning. Proficient Builders strives for successful outcome for our clients. Our highly trained team of professionals at the outset of each project works together efficiently and harmoniously to achieve excellent end results. Thoughtfully coordinating with the architects, engineers and the city officials to obtain all inspections and a final occupancy for all phases of construction.

  • Operations & Maintenance Manuals; including all vendor-supplied operations, maintenance information and manuals
  • Sub-Contractor contact list
  • All warranties, that are contractually owed to the owner, including full information on warranty status, terms and contact information.
  • Final Lien Waivers
